We hereby inform you that in the environment of TEST have been released updates.
On 2 May 2024 from 15.00 to 18.00 we will release these updates in PRODUCTION environment, the service will be available but we suggest you to stop uploads during these operations.

Long Term Archiving

Version: WebService Soap v1.5.9, RestApi LTA v1.5.9
Descriptions of the main changes:
1. NEW Sender Email Change for LTA Services: noreply@namirialarchive.com. We suggest to ensure that you can receive emails from that new address.
2. Updated content of Submission Report (SR) and Dissemination Information Packages (DIP) emails.
3. Translated into English the emails sent by the Romanian Preservation System (LTA RO1).

Description of the main changes:
NamirialArchive® Client:
- General update of the technologies used by the software. No change in use by the end user is foreseen.
NamirialArchive® Web Services:
- Strengthened input parameter controls on integration API. No change in the use of the service is planned;
- New, more advanced versions, called V2, of some of the already existing API were introduced. The API already present will continue to function for the time being, even though they have been declared obsolete.

- Introdotte nuove versioni più evolute, denominate V2, di alcune delle api già presenti. Le api già presenti per ora continueranno a funzionare, seppur dichiarate obsolete.

SDI issue with active invoices - Problema SDI con invio fatture attive

SDI support closed the ticket we had opened, number 03755573, finding that the anomaly in their systems was resolved in the evening of 15/04, which was also confirmed by our internal monitoring tools.

We are receiving several reports from our automations of failure to send electronic invoices due to SDI timeout, we have contacted their support as the case still appears not to be blocking the service, and the invoices even if in timeout are forwarded to their systems, but in a slower manner, they are still checking the case history, we will keep you updated as soon as we have more information.

Stiamo ricevendo svariate segnalazioni dai nostri automatismi di mancato invio di fatture elettroniche per timeout dello SDI, abbiamo contattato la loro assistenza in quanto la casistica appare comunque non bloccare il servizio, e le fatture anche se in timeout vengono inoltrate ai loro sistemi, ma in maniera più rallentata, stanno comunque verificando la casistica, vi terremo aggiornati non appena avremo ulteriori informazioni.
