Identified - We got notice that there's an issue since we performed the latest update to 21.16.
We have successfully identified the issue and are currently working on the remediation.

Identified root cause:
* new version of onlineshop api
* new parameters in REST methods of the sendFromTemplate method related to envelope expiry

Affected components:
* eSignAnyWhere log-on with on some organizations when purchased via onlineshop
* eSignAnyWhere API usage when using the v4/envelope/sendFromTemplate REST API method.

Per permettere l’aggiornamento tecnologico è prevista un’interruzione di servizio dalle ore 7 del giorno 15 maggio alle ore 14 del giorno stesso; durante tale periodo l’intero sistema AP-AGID non sarà disponibile né per la trasmissione né per la ricezione documenti.

Updates NSO / Aggiornamento NSO May 17, 08:00-08:30 CEST

Dear Partner,

We hereby inform you that a major updates related to NSO was released in Legal TEST environment; it will be released in Legal PRODUCTION environment on 17/05/2021; this updates is necessary as required by communication of 22/04/2021 by PEPPOL Authority Italy:

From 17/05/2021, Spring Release 2021, it will be mandatory to support 0210 and 0211 and therefore the temporary codes 9906 and 9907 will be deprecated, therefore, each new registration must take place using the codes 0210 and 0211. The participant identifiers previously registered with the codes 9906 and 9907 will remain valid and the transmission of documents will in any case take place to allow the Providers and their customers to update all the subjects involved and their personal data.

From 15/11/2021, Fall Release 2021, the codes 9906 and 9907 will be definitively removed and, therefore, by that date it is necessary that all participant identifiers registered using the old scheme IDs are removed from the SML and registered with the new codes 0210 and 0211.

On 17/05/2021 from 08:00 am to 08:30 am, update described will be released in the production environment.

con la presente ti informiamo nell'ambiente di Legal TEST sono stati rilasciati importanti aggiornamenti per quanto riguarda il servizio NSO, come previsto dalla comunicazione del 22/04/2021 da parte di PEPPOL Authority Italia:

"A partire dal 17/05/2021, data di entrata in vigore della Spring Release 2021, sarà obbligatorio supportare 0210 e 0211 e pertanto i codici temporanei 9906 e 9907 saranno deprecati, pertanto, ogni nuova registrazione dovrà avvenire utilizzando i codici 0210 e 0211. I participant identifier precedentemente registrati con i codici 9906 e 9907 resteranno validi e la trasmissione dei documenti avverrà comunque per consentire ai Provider ed ai relativi clienti di aggiornare tutti i soggetti coinvolti e le relative anagrafiche.

A partire dal 15/11/2021 con l’entrata in vigore della Fall Release 2021 saranno rimossi definitivamente i codici 9906 e 9907 e, pertanto, per quella data è necessario che tutti i participant identifier registrati utilizzando i vecchi schemeID siano rimossi dall’SML ed registrati con i nuovi codici 0210 e 0211."

In data 17/05/2021 dalle ore 08:00 alle ore 08:30 verranno rilasciati nell'ambiente di produzione gli aggiornamenti descritti di seguito.
