Incident Report – Televideocom Network

An issue occurred on the Televideocom network due to electrical surges, which caused the failure of 2 UPS units and a network switch.

Impact

The UPS failure resulted in a loss of electrical power to servers and network connectivity.
Temporary disruption of services dependent on the network.

Actions Taken

Immediate check of the affected equipment.
Restoration of electrical power to the servers.

System are up and running.
We're investigating about the root cause.

Hotfix released. Everything is ok now.

We detected a problem with the connectivity of the mix.
We redirected traffic to other routes, resolving the degradation issues.

Critical load peak normalized, system under monitoring.

The SDI support team has confirmed the resolution of the slowdown reported under ticket no. 05678900.
Our internal monitoring also confirms that the issue has been resolved, and no widespread anomalies are currently detected.

We are therefore closing this report, while remaining available through the usual support channels for any specific or isolated cases.
