Webmail PEC – Access Issues

We are currently experiencing access issues affecting our institutional PEC webmail platforms (webmail.sicurezzapostale.it and webmail.namirial.it). In some cases, the login form fails to appear, preventing users from entering their credentials.
Preliminary analysis indicates that approximately 20% of access attempts are impacted.

Some problems have persisted after the previous fix. We have managed to apply a second fix and restarted the queue processing and all problems are now resolved. We are still actively monitoring the system but the service is fully restored.
