We have been contacted to look into some cases of missing "Decorrenza Termini" (expiry of terms) notifications that the SDI should have forwarded to our system.
When we asked the Sistema di Interscambio's dedicated support team for clarification, we were told that the issue is known to them and that these notifications may also be missing from the affected customers' Cassetto Fiscale (tax drawer).
The estimated resolution date is October 10. However, it has not been confirmed whether, on that date, they will only update the Cassetto Fiscale or also send again these notifications to our systems. We will of course keep you updated as soon as we have more precise details on this case.
