Connectivity issues affecting services hosted in our D4 datacenter
Resolved
Oct 30, 2026 at 11:06am UTC
The connectivity issue affecting the datacenter has been fully resolved.
Root cause: the event was caused by a fiber cut in the datacenter area, which affected some of our upstream connectivity providers. Our routing automatically moved traffic to the remaining providers. During this rerouting, external reachability was partially degraded, resulting in two short disruption windows:
10:05 – 10:08 CET
10:12 – 10:15 CET
Thanks to the high-availability design of our connectivity, service was restored quickly, and no further disruptions have been observed since 10:15 CET.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
