Update – OCR service disruption
Following the incident impacting our OCR license server (upstream provider issue), the provider has deployed a fix and moved the incident into Monitoring.
OCR processing is now working normally and no further disruption is currently observed.
We will keep monitoring performance and will confirm full resolution as soon as the provider closes the incident.

Incident Report – Televideocom Network
An issue occurred on the Televideocom network due to electrical surges, which caused the failure of 2 UPS units and a network switch.
Impact
The UPS failure resulted in a loss of electrical power to servers and network connectivity.
Temporary disruption of services dependent on the network.
Actions Taken
Immediate check of the affected equipment.
Restoration of electrical power to the servers.
