Missing notifications for the passive FPA12 invoicing cycle.

The SdI (Sistema di Interscambio) has informed us that the anomaly affecting the delivery of outcome notification files has been resolved for all invoices created from today onwards. For invoices created before today, we are monitoring our systems to verify the correct delivery of the missing outcome notifications, which the SdI is resending.
