We would like to inform you that our SMS service provider, Esendex, has scheduled a maintenance operation from Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 11:00 PM to Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 6:00 AM (Europe/Paris time).

During this maintenance window, the SMS service may experience intermittent disruptions, including temporary periods of unavailability.

As a result, the following features may be affected:
- SMS One-Time Passwords (OTP) used during the electronic signing process;
- SMS notifications, when enabled.

SMS requests may intermittently fail during the maintenance window.

Recommendation
Whenever possible, we recommend avoiding time-sensitive signing processes or large-scale SMS campaigns during this maintenance period.

The SMS service is expected to resume normal operation automatically once the maintenance has been completed by our provider.
