We would like to inform our customers that on April 15, 2026, the timestamp generation algorithm will change from RSA 2048-bit to ECDSA 256-bit.

This change is necessary in order to comply with ETSI TS 119 312 v. 1.5.1 https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_ts/119300_119399/119312/01.05.01_60/ts_119312v010501p.pdf and the implementing acts

The timestamps will be issued by the CA “Namirial Time Stamping Authority 2025” available at the following link https://static.namirial.com/cert/namirial-tsa.zip

The change is already available for testing starting since February 2, 2026.
