We would like to inform you that starting from 21 March 2025, important updates will be available in the NamirialArchive® IT1 (ex LegalSolutionDOC) Electronic Invoice TEST environment.
On 27 March 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (italian time), these updates will also be released in the Production environment; during this maintenance we recommend not performing any archiving activities because the document archiving services will be temporarily unavailable.
Please note that there will be no disruptions to the Electronic Invoice web services, and no changes are required for integrators.

• System update according to Technical Specifications version 1.9 (Ref. Specifiche tecniche versione 1.9 - Portale Agenzia Entrate ) below:
o The XSD schema of the ordinary invoice has been modified for the introduction of a new document type TD29 for communication to the Revenue Agency regarding omitted or irregular invoicing.
o The XSD schema of the ordinary and simplified invoice has been modified for the introduction of the new cross-border VAT exemption regime RF20 (EU Directive 2020/285).
o The description of document type TD20 has been updated.
o Descriptions of error codes 00471, 00473, and 00475 have been updated.

In data 27 marzo 2025 dalle ore 18:00 alle ore 20:00 (italian time) tali aggiornamenti verranno rilasciati anche nell'ambiente di Produzione con relativo fermo del servizio di archiviazione documentale, ti invitiamo pertanto a non effettuare archiviazioni durante tale periodo.
Non sono previsti disservizi relativi all'invio delle Fatture Elettroniche tramite web services, e non risultano essere necessarie modifiche per gli integratori.

o Variato lo schema XSD della fattura ordinaria per l’introduzione di un nuovo tipo documento TD29 per la comunicazione all’Agenzia delle entrate della omessa o irregolare fatturazione.
o Variato lo schema XSD della fattura ordinaria e semplificata per l’introduzione del nuovo regime transfrontaliero di Franchigia IVA RF20 (Direttiva UE 2020/285).
o Aggiornata la descrizione del tipo documento TD20.
o Aggiornate descrizioni codici errore 00471, 00473 e 00475.
