On September 26th, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (UTC +2) , the following updates will be released in the Production environment. The service will remain available, but it is recommended to suspend uploads during this time frame.

LONG TERM ARCHIVING

Version: WebService Soap v1.6.0 ; RestApi LTA v1.6.0

Descriptions of the main changes:
As previously announced in recent months, the Archiving, Invoicing, and Preservation platform has been renamed NamirialArchive, a suite from the Namirial group dedicated to Document Management, Digital Preservation, Signature Processes, Workflow Management, and Electronic Invoicing/eDelivery. NamirialArchive is a modular, multi-instance, multi-language, and cross-country solution, designed to be versatile and suitable for both local and international markets.

As a result, the information packages underlying the digital preservation service (Long Term Archiving, LTA) – submission package, archiving package, distribution package, and submission report – will be adapted to English, in compliance with the international OAIS (Open Archival Information System) standard and the UNI SInCRO 2020 standard adopted by AgID.

This new version of the packages is available in the TEST environment from August 6, 2024.

The objects will be renamed as follows:
- Submission Package (PdV): Submission Information Package (SIP)
- Archiving Package (PdA): Archival Information Package (AIP)
- Distribution Package (PdD): Dissemination Information Package (DIP)
- Submission Report (RdV): Submission Report (SR)
- Antivirus Report (RdAV): Antivirus Report (AR)

Regarding:
- The Web Service getRepositoryInfo method, which returns the repositoryInfo structure, includes two new string properties:
- environment_id
- country

• AIP, DIP, SR, and AR are objects generated by Namirial, and starting from this version, they will be generated in English (see SDK).

• For those using the SFTP channel for transmitting the submission package (SIP), starting from this version, both the previous result file and the new English version will coexist (see SDK).

• However, the index file of the submission package (SIP), which contains the documents to be preserved, must be updated to English by the partner or customer who sends it via integration.

To facilitate a gradual transition, backward compatibility of the index file of the submission package with the current Italian version is ensured until December 31, 2026.

Updating the schema now is strongly recommended; this new version will also allow sending the disposal date associated with the objects to the preservation system, enabling NamirialArchive to manage the disposal process automatically and on schedule.

Descrizione delle principali modifiche:
Come anticipato negli ultimi mesi, la piattaforma di Archiviazione, Fatturazione e Conservazione ha cambiato nome in NamirialArchive, suite del gruppo Namirial dedicata alla Gestione Documentale, Conservazione Digitale, Processi di Firma, Gestione Workflow, Fatturazione Elettronica/eDelivery. NamirialArchive è una soluzione modulare, multi-istanza, multi-lingua e cross-country, pensata per essere versatile e maggiormente adatta ad un mercato non solo locale, ma anche internazionale.

Di conseguenza, i pacchetti informativi alla base del servizio di conservazione digitale (Long Term Archiving, LTA) – pacchetto di versamento, pacchetto di archiviazione, pacchetto di distribuzione e rapporto di versamento – saranno adattati in lingua inglese, in conformità agli standard internazionali OAIS (Open Archival Information System) e UNI SInCRO 2020 adottato da AgID.

Questa nuova versione dei pacchetti è disponibile in ambiente di TEST dal 6 agosto 2024.

Di seguito, i nuovi nomi degli oggetti in conformità agli standard sopra citati:

- Pacchetto Archiviazione (PdA): Archival Information Package (AIP)

Per quanto riguarda:
- Il metodo Web Service getRepositoryInfo che ritorna la struttura repositoryInfo riporta due nuove proprietà di tipo stringa quali:
- environment_id
- country

• AIP, DIP, SR e AR sono oggetti generati da Namirial e a partire da questa versione saranno generati in lingua inglese (vedi SDK).

• Per chi utilizza il canale SFTP per la trasmissione del pacchetto di versamento (SIP) a partire da questa versione coesisteranno oltre al precedente file esito anche la nuova versione in inglese (vedi SDK).

• Il file indice del pacchetto di versamento (SIP) , che contiene i documenti da conservare dovrà essere aggiornato in lingua inglese dal partner o dal cliente che lo inviano tramite integrazione.

Per agevolare un passaggio graduale, fino al 31/12/2026 è prevista la retrocompatibilità del file indice del pacchetto di versamento con l'attuale versione italiana.

L' adeguamento dello schema già da ora è fortemente consigliato, inoltre in questa nuova versione sarà possibile inviare al sistema di conservazione la data di scarto da associare agli oggetti, consentendo così a NamirialArchive di gestire il processo di scarto in maniera automatica e schedulata.

Siamo disponibili già da ora a fornire il supporto tecnico necessario per adattare lo schema del SIP.
